Therapy for grief, online and in your language
Grief doesn't follow neat stages, and it has no deadline. It shows up after a death, but also after a breakup, a move, a diagnosis, or the end of a life you had imagined differently.
Cómo se manifiesta
How it shows up
- Waves that arrive without warning, at any moment
- Exhaustion and trouble concentrating
- Feeling guilty about what was done, or never got done
- Keeping up an appearance of normality that doesn't match how you feel inside
- Fear that moving forward means forgetting
Cómo trabajamos
How we work
Grief isn't solved, it's lived through. The work isn't about speeding it up, but about having tools to go through it as well as possible, easing the process: putting words to what hurts, making room for what feels contradictory — relief and sadness at once, anger at someone who is gone — and holding the process when the people around you start expecting you to be fine.
Every grief has its own shape. Some need a few months of support; others call for a space held over a longer time. We evaluate that together as we go.
Cuándo pedir ayuda
When to reach out
If the pain has left you isolated, if no one around you wants to keep talking about it, or if time has passed and something still feels stuck, it's a good moment to reach out.
